Sunsum
Bath & Body does not store your credit card information, in fact at no point will we ever view your credit card information
through our encrypted server.
When Will My Credit Card Be Charged?
Your order is processed for immediate shipping and your payment is secured.
Credit Card Fraud
Sunsum Bath & Body participates vigorously in merchant organizations that are united in their effort to reduce credit
card fraud and protect internet consumers; we utilize several systems available to us to ensure that credit card transactions
are legitimate.
Online Orders
All purchase transactions take place on a secure server using 128-Bit Encryption protecting both your personal information
and your credit card transaction. We will never sell, divulge, disseminate or give away any information submitted to this
site to outside parties for any reason.
Checks
We accept checks which must be received within 10 business days of submitting your order. Checks MUST clear before we will
ship your order (usually five business). If you would like to pay for an order using a check, simply email us your order.

Email your order . DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. We will contact you promptly to assist you with completing
your order securely.
International Orders
Sunsum Bath and Body is pleased to serve international clients. To order internationally, simply email us your order and
we will provide your with the total along with the International shipping rates, taxes and any applicable tariffs.
International Credit Cards
By placing your order with an International credit card, you are authorizing Sunsum Bath and Body to charge an additional
1.6% of your order total to cover international credit card processing fees.
Sales Tax
We charge CA Sales Tax of 7.25% on all orders, except International orders- which will be charged according to country
of delivery.
When Will My Order Ship? Holiday Policies.
Because Sunsum Bath and Body is committed to providing some of the freshest, most natural products available- we do not
use harmful preservatives that enable us to create and stock products for years at a time in massive overseas warehouse. Rather,
we make fresh by hand almost daily! Due to this, orders are usually shipped within a 4-6 business day timeframe- with
most shipping sooner. To offset this, Sunsum Bath and Body provides USPS Priority Mail shipping which has a very rapid 2-day
delivery. Please note that during the HOLIDAY SEASONS(ie October 31-December 31 and January 15-February 14), production and
shipping will often be doubled due to high volume. Please allow 5-10 days for production of your fresh products during these
times. To recieve items by Christmas, all orders must be placed and PAID by December 14. During Summer months, we do not ship
Cocoa Butter Bars as they may melt. We cannot be held responsible for Cocoa Butter or Shea Butter items (including Frostings)
that have been left outside on doorstep by USPS. See below for Shipping Fees (we do NOT charge a Handling Fee) as well as
information about Mail Insurance.
Order Processing
We process orders twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. Shipments dispatch Monday - Saturday. Prices and items are
periodically subject to change. We reserve the right to correct typographical, descriptive and photographic errors. Orders
based on incorrect information are subject to review.
Order Cancellations
Although we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order, in most cases if we are notified within two hours we are usually
able to prevent shipping. To cancel an order shipping UPS Ground or USPS Airmail, please email cancellations within 2 hours of placing your order
How to Return Orders
Do NOT return any item without contacting Sunsum Bath and Body first to confirm approval and confirmation. Please note
that shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the purchaser. A 20% restocking
fee is charged on non-defective merchandise. To qualify for a refund the product must be unused and show no wear. Return the
product in the original product box and include a copy of the packing slip. We must RECEIVE the package within 14 days
from receiving your order. Refunds are only issued once we have received the merchandise. If you need assistance please
email returns. Please note that packages that have exceeded the 14 day period will be refused at cost to you.
Items Damaged During Shipment
Damaged merchandise is 100% refundable (including shipping). If you receive damaged merchandise please contact customer service within five business days and include your phone number so that we may assist you. Do not discard any packaging or paperwork.
Do not return the items yourself and incur return shipping costs. Please note that during summer months our Cocoa Butter and
Shea Butter may melt during excess temperatures and during rainy seaon our Bath Bombs may react. This will not affect the
efficacy of thr products, only aesthetics. Sunsum makes every effort to prevent this, but we cannot be held liable for inclimate
weather. We strongly suggest Insurance if you live in extreme weather areas.
Privacy Policy and Security Policy
We respect your privacy and Sunsum Bath and Body will never release or sell any information about you to third parties.
